Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan announced a reward of 15 lakhs for the measures taken by the Muzaffarabad Development Agency for the betterment of the city. The announcement was made during a ceremony held at the Sawera Hall Park on a Friday.

The Prime Minister praised the efforts of the Development Authority and its chief, Abdul Bassit Butt, and other officials for their work in improving the city. He also paid tribute to former Chairman Syed Azhar Geelani and Commissioner Muzaffarabad Masoodul Rehman for their initiatives for the beautification of the capital Muzaffarabad during the flag hoisting ceremony.

Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, announced the reward of 15 lakhs for the employees of the Development Authority in recognition of their performance in improving the city of Muzaffarabad. The work for the beautification of the project was started during the tenure of former Chairman Development Agency Syed Azhar Ali Gilani.

On this occasion, Principal Secretary along with Prime Minister Ehsan Khalid Kayani, Commissioner Muzaffarabad Masoodul Rehman, DIG Police Irfan Masood Kashfi, former Chairman Syed Azhar Gilani and other high officials were present. The reward is an appreciation of the hard work and dedication of the Development Agency to make the city a better place for its citizens.
