It has been argued in the petition that under Article 62 1F, Imran Khan has not been declared a liar anywhere, the Election Commission’s notice should be declared illegal and annulled.

It has been requested in the application that the Election Commission should be stopped from taking action against Imran Khan until the final decision, and the notice of the Election Commission should also be suspended until the final decision of the application.
